	Warranty
	PCE Instruments warrants their products to be free from defects in material / work- manship for a period of 2 years from the date of the shipment (Europe only). Outside Europe warranty is one year. This warranty does not apply to the pro- duct which has been sub- ject to misuse or acciden- tal damage, or if the unit has any modification.

	Terms
	PCE and Customer agree that the terms and condi- tions identified in this do- cument shall govern ex- clusively the sale by PCE of all hardware and servi- ces (collectively referred to as “Goods”).
