The
paper scale is a high precision / resolution device for the determination of the
basis weight (in relation to a square meter of materials). This is the
most accurate way to determine basis
paper / tissue weight.The scale
displays the basis weight of paper, tissue, fabrics ... directly
in g/m² with 0.1 g/m² (0.001 g) resolution. So the scale is
the ideal tool for basis weight measurement in paper mills,
especially producing LWC (Light Weight Coated), ULWC (Ultra
Light Weight Coated), magazine papers ... with very low basis
weights, low or less coating as tissue.
The paper and tissue industry also performs quality
control testing similar, by weighing a 10 x 10 cm probe (or
round probe with 100 cm²) of paper or fabric. One model of
circular probe cutter is available (options). This type of
scale is mainly used in paper production, tissue production, paper laboratories,
textile production companies as well as by material importing
companies ... and it's perfect for sales departments comparing
the paper or fabric weight to the competition when visiting
customers. |

The calibration procedure includes laboratory calibration process and
ISO certification. The customers name and address is filled in. These certificates are comparable to NIST and UKAS certificates. They are accepted all over the world.

kit includes a software for transferring the
weighing data to a PC or Portable and a RS-232-cable.
The trans-ferred data can also be sent to other
calculation software as Excel ... The standard software

Spare
Rubber Plates
The delivery of the probe cutter includes a rubber
plate. After having done hundreds of cuts on this plate,
it has to be changed. The spare rubber plates are sold
in packs (5 pcs / pack).

Blades
The blades can be easily replaced (by removing some
screws on the probe cutter). We offer these spare blades
in packs (50 pcs / pack).
